1. Returns

Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the product you received and a close-up of the issue. This helps us review your request and improve our quality control. Our customer service team will check your request, and if approved, we’ll offer you a free replacement or a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. Please contact us within 30 days from delivery date.

Return Instructions: If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs will be covered by us only if the item is defective or if there was an error on our part.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot cancel your order as it will have already entered the production process.
